Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Because many of our items are hand-finished to order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Estimates: We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard delivery within the USA usually takes 5-8 business days. International shipping may take 7-15 business days depending on the destination.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, please note that Duos Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
