Refund Policy

At Duos Home, we take great pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all heritage tags attached.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
